So the Vybz Health team rebuilt the client portal from scratch, focusing on clarity, ease, and simplicity. This revamp is all about giving clients an experience that feels effortless and supportive from the very first interaction.

The client portal now features a refreshed design with built-in notifications, messaging, and quick actions for booking sessions or uploading documents. Everything is easier to find, faster to access, and designed to help you take action without friction.

The client portal is fully optimized for mobile, so you can book sessions, upload documents, and stay connected directly from your phone without switching to a laptop.
Simpler Booking
Sessions can now be booked in under a minute. Relevant services are suggested based on prior interactions, time slots adapt to local time zones, and notifications and reminders are managed automatically, keeping scheduling smooth for everyone involved.
Clients can now view past sessions, access invoices, and see upcoming appointments directly from the client portal. Everything is organized in a simple, intuitive dashboard designed to keep all the information in one place.
