Mental distress doesn’t follow a schedule, and support shouldn’t stop when a session ends. To help bridge the gap between appointments, we’ve launched a connected wellness portal that extends care beyond the therapy session.

This update introduces a wellness portal integrated directly into the clinician dashboard, allowing therapists to share detailed progress notes that clients can access anytime. Instead of insights being confined to a single session, clients can revisit reflections, guidance, and takeaways whenever they need them most.

Whether you’re a therapist looking to provide more continuous support or a client wanting ongoing access to your progress and care insights, this update is designed to create a more connected and supportive mental wellbeing experience for both sides.

An Ongoing Challenge

A therapy session can provide immediate relief, but as the days pass and daily life takes over, managing distress often becomes harder. The next session can feel far away, and key insights or coping strategies discussed during the appointment are easy to forget. Without access to those reflections in the moment they’re needed, both progress and continuity of care can start to fade between sessions.

As a first step toward addressing this gap, we’ve introduced an easy way for therapists to share progress notes that clients can access anytime through the Vybz Wellbeing Portal.

As a care provider you can simply email the progress report containing specifics about the session, things to do before the next session and other details from the clinician dashboard so that they are always accesible from the wellbeing portal. As a client make sure to create your account, so that you alwyas have access to your progress reports.

The Wellbeing Platform

The wellbeing platform is designed to support care beyond the therapy session by enabling real-time tracking of mental wellbeing. It provides individuals with simple tools to reflect, track progress, and revisit insights whenever they need support. For therapists, it offers a clearer view into how individuals are doing between sessions, without adding additional administrative burden.

By capturing day-to-day reflections and progress in one place, the platform helps maintain continuity of care. Individuals stay more engaged with their mental wellbeing, and therapists gain timely context that can inform more meaningful, focused sessions. Together, this creates a more connected experience where support doesn’t pause when the session ends.

The platform can also sync with health data when a user chooses to connect it, such as Apple Health, Google Fit, or other supported devices. This enables signals like sleep patterns, activity levels, and stress indicators to be used as additional context that often plays a critical role in understanding mental wellbeing.

Data sharing is always optional and fully controlled by the user. You decide what information is shared, when it’s shared, and with whom. The platform is built with privacy at its core, using strict access controls and safeguards to ensure sensitive health data remains protected at all times.

We are changing the belief that mental wellbeing cannot be tracked in the same way as physical health.

The Official Launch

The Vybz Wellness app is being rolled out gradually, with our Android and iOS apps currently launching across the U.S. We’re also preparing for a global rollout by the end of February.

In the meantime, the web dashboard is now open for users to sign up and start accessing progress summaries. All instructions for getting started are available directly within the client portal.
