New clients can choose the New Client option to get started, while returning clients simply use their existing email to schedule their next session. The entire flow guides them step by step, making the process smooth and stress-free. Once a session is booked, Serene takes care of everything — from sending reminders to following up and automatically managing cancellations or rescheduling. You can stay focused on your clients, while Serene handles the rest.

Getting Started with Smart Scheduling 🗓️

Follow these simple steps to start accepting bookings through your personalized Serene page:

👉 1. Connect your calendar
If you haven’t connected your calendar yet, you’ll be prompted to do so when you log in to your Serene dashboard. This ensures that your availability is always up to date.

👉 2. Set your availability
Enter basic details such as your working days, available time slots, your timezone, and the typical duration of your sessions. This helps Serene generate the right options for your clients.

👉 3. Personalize your booking page
Once your availability is set, Serene will automatically create a personalized booking page for you. You can review and customize the details of this page anytime from your Settings

👉 4. You’re all set!
Your clients can now book sessions with you directly from your personalized page. No extra steps, no back-and-forth — just simple, seamless scheduling.

A Booking Details Page for Your Client 📋

After your client books a session through your personalized page, they will see a simple and clear Booking Details page. It includes everything they need to know, like the session date and time, your name and contact information, and whether the session is in person or online. If it is online, the link to join will be right there on the page.

Clients can easily reschedule or cancel their session from this page if they need to. Serene also sends helpful confirmations and reminders along the way, so your clients always feel informed and prepared. You can relax knowing that Serene is taking care of the details, allowing you to focus on providing the best care possible.

Calendar Sync 📅

Serene makes sure both you and your clients stay on the same page. Once a session is booked, Serene automatically creates the event on both your calendar and your client’s calendar. There is nothing extra you need to do.

Serene also sends friendly reminders to your client at regular intervals leading up to the session. This helps reduce no-shows and ensures your client feels prepared. You can focus on your sessions, knowing that Serene is keeping everyone on track behind the scenes.
