As we near the end of the year, the Vybz Health team has been thinking carefully about how to make your scheduling flow smoother going into the new year. Based on how clinicians actually manage their time, we’re rolling out a set of improvements designed to reduce friction, prevent wasted slots, and make scheduling work seamlessly in the background.

1. Clearly see your available slots based on session length

You can now configure session lengths and buffer times, and instantly visualize the exact slots your clients will see based on your working hours. Conflicting or unusable slots are automatically hidden, giving you full clarity and control to optimize your day and calendar.

Access the slot visualizer from your dashboard by clicking the 👁️ icon at the top of the calendar.

2. Request for payment recipets while using the self managed payments

We introduced self-managed payments so you can use your own payment link or UPI ID without paying platform fees. One common challenge, however, was verifying whether a payment was actually completed, which often created extra administrative work. We’ve streamlined this by requiring clients to upload a payment receipt before a booking is confirmed. If you prefer not to use this flow, you can easily toggle it off from your profile preferences. In a world where most platforms take a 10% commission for handling payments, this lets you verify payments without giving up a portion of your earnings.

3. Invoices

We now generate invoices automatically for every booking made through our self-managed payment flow. You can use them for your tax records or share them with clients for reimbursements, checking off yet another administrative task from your list.

4. Smart scheduling

We now automatically optimize your availability based on your working hours, buffer times, and existing calendar blocks. Serene generates the most efficient set of bookable slots, ensuring you have enough time between sessions while minimizing wasted gaps in your day. Optimizing your calendar is now entirely on us.

5. Priority Center

Your dashboard has received a major update. You can now see your most important tasks at a glance, including upcoming sessions and pending notes. The Priority Center keeps you focused and on track so nothing important slips through the cracks.

These updates are designed to quietly remove friction from your day. From smarter scheduling and clearer availability to streamlined payments, invoices, and task visibility, Serene now takes on more of the operational load so you can stay focused on your work.
